| I think Arnel is going to HATE us because he's going to be busy putting in numbers after tonight's sessions. We had to make a run closer to sea level to back up some of these times and BOY did we. In fact, a few times dropped as much as .5-.6 tenths. I'll do a full writeup/post when we get the videos (and I took videos of nearly everything and with a REAL DV camera...not my crappy digital). Anyway, to give you a quick run down of who showed up to run were: Greg Dupree, Seb, ZHOUND, Mike (La Canada), CanAceU (Dr. Dean!), WXY (Mikey), SP500Steve and SirpriZ. Those are just the names I remember. Talk about a turnout! I got most of the slips before I left thankfully. First up, and the talk of the entire track, was Greg Dupree shooting for 9s and boy did he get close. He also the highest MPH on the track today and had the entire track talking and waiting for his runs! Greg Dupree (TD05-16G Powered 280Z)

Seb (Sport 530s)

Notes: Slower than his 11.3X Palmdale high elevation runs, so clearly he has some room for improvement in that beast. Hoping for 10s on the next trip. 
CanAceU (Old School Stillen "Stage I" turbos)
11.54 @ 120mph
Notes: He took horrible "worse than stock" turbos from Stillen and with the help of a 60 shot and a bitchin tranny and took it deep into the 11s! Prior best was 12.1X at Palmdale. Congrats man! 
Sport 500 Steve (Sport 500s, duh)
11.56 @ 123mph
Notes: Hoping for 10s on Sport 500s once he gets some ET Streets and drops those 1.9s to 1.6s. Backed up his last 11.5s with ease. 
WXY (Stock turbos!)
11.96 @ 115mph
Notes: After numerous 12.0Xs, Mikey puts yet another stock turbo Z into the 11s! 
ZHOUND (TD05-18Gs)
11.46 @ 129mph
Notes: Despite dropping the motor in just last night AND a clutch adjustment problem, Zo knocked out an 11.4 with a mediocre (for him) 60' time. Great start on 2004 man! 
SirpriZ (Sport 500s)
11.52 @ 120mph
Notes: Yet another Sport 500 car tearing it up. Man I love those turbos :) 
That's it folks. Like I said, videos and more to come in the next day or so. Greg's runs alone are worth the wait :) As for me, I was out with my busted ankle and lack of rims/tires (soon to be in the mail).
